I know these are trying times now. We are all trying to do our best. There are those of you whose routines are thrown off skew due to the stay at home orders from our governors. There are those of you who are not used to this. You have you set routine and all of sudden a monkey wrench is thrown in and now your panicking,
You need to remember that the stay at home order is not to hurt you, but to keep you safe. For those of you living at home, please listen to your parents. They are trying to keep you safe. If you need to talk to your friends, there are so many ways now you can get a hold of them such as (Skype, Zoom, Facetime).
If staying in has thrown you off, why not come out with a backup routine why you are home bound. See if you can keep part of your regular routine in your new routine. Say part of your routine is (shower, brush teeth, eat breakfast) You most definitely can add to your new routine.
Social Distancing, is a thing. You need to keep this in your mind when you about at a store picking up food or just out for a walk. It’s for you protection. This is because if a person sneezes those germs can travel a far distance.
Washing Your Hands
The rule for washing your hands is 20 seconds. This is so you wash off all the germs from the outsides. The reason for this is, that you don’t know what people have touched.
What can you do, while you are staying home.. You can talk to your family and see if you can start a game night with family, jigsaw puzzles are great especially if they are the big ones like the 1000 pieces or more.
A Explanation of why staying home is so important.
The first thing you need to remember is that, you won’t see any symptom for 2 weeks. So if you go out, and your around people they have it and not know and pass it on to you, without knowing.
You need to think of it like this. If you get it you can pass on to someone and not know and they can pass on it someone and so on and so forth. But if you remove yourself, and stay in you won’t get it and neither will anyone around you.
