MY STORY

Hello Everyone. I know I touched on this, in the about me section. But I didn’t discuss the troubles I had during my times when I volunteered. The problems is not many companies these days wanted to spend money in training their companies in how to deal with employees with disabilities, well because of that reason I was a casualty of the system. Every where I volunteered, it was the same story in life. No one wants to deal with…

DEAR DAD

This is a different type of post. This is a letter to my dear beloved father who passed away 3yrs ago on August 10th. Each one of your life lessons still stick with me today. I can recount the times we would just sit and watch…

CATCH 22 WHAT SHOULD I DO

In the world of employment, this is one of the hardest things to do. The question always arises “What do I do, if I don’t have enough experience?” Companies will always look at your resume and say to you, you don’t have enough experience, and you always think to yourself “How do you expect me to get the experience if you wont hire me” This has plagued many people who aren’t even on the spectrum. The answer isn’t a simple…

VISIT 3 OF CLINICAL TRAIL

Well day 3 was a short visit. What was nice one the things they offer for people partaking in the trial is a car ride to and from the trial center. It was a nice comfortable car. The driver was very nice opened the door for me, not like taking a Uber. Anyways this visit was a short one. Start with questions, vitals, playing the game on the trial phone they gave me, taking the med and blood. No ECG…

Screening This is a first for me. A while back I had filled out a online survey to see if I qualify to be a candidit for a research that is going on for a new drug for certain issues for ASD like, helping with socialization and other things. How I came across this, was I got a ad for it on my facebook and I thought what do I have to lose. It said you can get paid up…

THERE IS HOPE

When we are feeling down, and worn out, we struggle with our day to day lives. We feel that we are fighting an a uphill battle. That we will never get out of this rut.  But than we get a glimmer of something in the distance. That something is Hope. It is said that Hope was one of the two gifts we were given by the Gods. COLLEGE

College was not easy. One of the hardest things for me was balancing study with free time.  I really had to buckle down and get to work on everything.  My undergrad was very different because it was done online through Colorado Technical University.  They didn’t have finals, you were graded on a point system.  So how many points you accumulated through all your courses totaled up at the end and that’s how you wound up with your grade at the…
